The leasehold enfranchisement team specialises in providing advice to clients involved with claims made to residential freehold interests and residential lease extensions, as provided for under the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 and the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993. These include claims for the freehold of both houses and blocks of flats and statutory 90 year lease extensions for tenants in flats held on long leases.
