Building Insurance
The landlord must notify his building and contents insurers that he is letting the property. As a landlord, you are responsible for insuring the building and any of your contents. Tenants are responsible for insuring their own possessions. We would be happy to provide a quotation for building or contents insurance, as requested. Failure to inform your insurers may invalidate your policy.
