All prospective tenants are vetted by a specialist independent referencing company (subject to the form of tenancy agreement), which conducts rigorous checks for tenant assessment verification. Checks usually include electoral roll, credit history and employer references from HR Departments. All the employment details will be checked against the electoral register and register of County Court Judgements. For company lets, the company accounts will be reviewed to assess the financial standing. We play a very active part in this process and also allow all of our clients to meet prospective tenants, if so requested.
