Rent Deposit
We will collect a deposit equal to 4 - 6 weeks rental, to be held until the end of the tenancy. This will be held in the Government approved Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) in line with the relevant legislation. At the end of a tenancy, we will assess and negotiate any dilapidations and with each party's consent will refund accordingly.
